Beef Stir Fry- this is a fast, easy, healthy chinese influenced dish that any one can cook. Whether on a Wok or regular frying pan, this should be fairly simple. Gas burner is preferred but electric will do. Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb Beef
Half Onion
1 and Half Cup French Green Beans (uncooked)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Table Spoon of Fresh Ginger
Chili Pepper Flakes (depends how spicy you want it)
1 Table Spoon Chili Paste (depends how spicy you want it)
6 Table Spoons Oil
4 Table Spoons Teriyaki Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Quarter Cup Water

  6. after we drain the water we butter up our spaghetti that's how we were taught but am I the only one? is there some technical logic (food wise) why I shouldn't?

  7. Okay so I did this and let me say it was amazing. I have never cooked in my life before and this recipe was super simple. The only thing I didn't like was cutting everything but oh well. And I had to make some substitutions. Like for Teriyaki sauce I used soy sauce and instead of chili paste I put in more chili flakes. The end result was really good. Even my mom was confused… Overall 10/10
